Kelly D. Foehner directs and coordinates the international marketing of transactions. Mrs. Foehner has 20 years of business and financial experience. Mrs. Foehner has been involved in numerous M&A Transactions and is an accomplished corporate finance professional. Before becoming Director of International, she had been responsible for the research, valuation and marketing strategies for MRC clients with a proven record of success in providing solutions to complex business and technical issues and increasing value as a Merger & Acquisition consultant. Prior to joining MRCWorldwide, Mrs. Foehner served as Financial Manager with Proctor and Gamble Corporation and worked in public accounting.
Mrs. Foehner earned her Bachelor of Science from California State University, received her MBA from Pepperdine University and passed the CPA in 1991. She is a member of the Institute of Merger and Acquisition Professionals (IMAP), she is very active in civic matters and has held positions as Treasurer for American Women of Surrey, Executive board member for 500+ member women’s organization in the UK, Treasurer for Cub Scouts and Board member for the American Cub Scouts Organization at ACS Cobham, Treasurer for Kinderkirk Christian Preschool and Board member for the Presbyterian church.
