David W. Martin, CPA, is an accomplished corporate finance professional. Mr. Martin has been involved in hundreds of transactions with a proven record of success in providing solutions to complex business and technical issues and increasing value as a Merger & Acquisition consultant. Mr. Martin joined MRCWorldwide in 1994. Prior to joining MRCWorldwide, Mr. Martin served as Financial Officer of two rapidly growing public companies and was a "Big-4" audit manager. Mr. Martin has extensive involvement with Mergers & Acquisitions (M & A) and Initial Public Offerings (IPO).
Mr. Martin earned his Bachelor of Science from Brigham Young University, and served as Chairman of The Orange County Chapter of the BYU Alumni Association. He has also served on the board of the Orange County Management Association and as Vice President of Operations, Economics and Finance Affiliates of the California Museum of Science and Industry where he championed the successful Personal Financial Series. Mr. Martin is a member of the Institute of Merger and Acquisition Professionals (IMAP), American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), California Society of CPA's and the Association for Corporate Growth.
