Mr. Kahraman joined MRCworldwide in 1987. He is now a Director (Corporate Board Director) and dealmaker providing services in corporate finance, management consulting and mergers/acquisition services to middle market companies. Mr. Kahraman works closely with the owners and CEOs of companies to improve productivity and profitability. He Assists client management teams in strategic decisions, consolidation and streamlining operations. Mr. Kahraman manages transactions, negotiates deals, and performs due diligence.
Mr. Kahraman has 20 years of financial and business experience structuring and negotiating private equity investments. Mr. Kahraman has managed numerous merger and acquisition transactions and has assisted corporations in strategic acquisitions and dispositions. In addition, Mr. Kahraman serves on a number of boards and is an equity holder in a middle market company in the distribution business. Prior to joining MRCworldwide, he worked in international consulting with J.R. Simplot Company and as a turnaround CEO.
Mr. Kahraman graduated with a M.B.A. from Brigham Young University, Provo, Utah (Academic Scholarship and President of MBA Class) and has a B.A. degree from Brigham Young University (Athletic Scholarship).
